• One administrator account will be provided for the group
• Group members may watch and learn together during the access period
  
• This license permits shared access among the authorized group members only
  
• Access begins upon purchase confirmation and expires after the designated time period (14 days)
  
• Time extensions may be available for purchase at our discretion

You may use the webinar content solely for:

• Group educational purposes within your authorized group
  
• Professional development for your group members
  
• Collaborative learning and training sessions

You may not:

• Record, copy, reproduce, or distribute any webinar content
  
• Share access credentials with individuals outside your authorized group
  
• Exceed the scope of your identified group (minimum 5 participants)
  
• Sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the webinar content
  
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any content
  
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

As the Group License administrator, you are responsible for:

• Managing and distributing access credentials only to authorized group members
• Ensuring all group members comply with these Terms of Use
• Maintaining the confidentiality of shared account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of the group account
• Ensuring the group consists of the minimum required participants (5 or more)

All webinar content, including but not limited to video, audio, text, graphics, and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest remain with the content owner.
