• This license is available exclusively to schools, school districts, and educational institutions
  
• Provides unlimited access to the full webinar series for one (1) year from the date of purchase
  
• The institution may present the webinars to unlimited groups and participants within the licensed institution during the license period
  
• One administrator account will be provided to the institution
  
• The institution may share access credentials internally as needed for educational purposes
  
• License is non-transferable and limited to the purchasing institution only
  
• Access may not be shared with individuals or organizations outside the licensed institution
  
• The institution may screen the webinars as many times as needed during the license period

The licensed institution may use the webinar content solely for:

• Internal educational purposes within the institution
  
• Professional development for faculty and staff
  
• Student instruction and training
  
• Multiple viewing sessions with different groups throughout the license period
  
• Collaborative learning within the institution

The licensed institution may not:

• Record, copy, reproduce, or distribute any webinar content outside the institution
  
• Share access credentials with individuals or organizations outside the licensed institution
  
• Allow access to persons not affiliated with the licensed institution
  
• Sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the webinar content
  
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any content
  
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  
• Transfer the license to another institution or entity

As the Webinar License administrator for your institution, you are responsible for:

• Managing and distributing access credentials only to authorized personnel within your institution
• Ensuring all users within your institution comply with these Terms of Use
• Maintaining the confidentiality of shared account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of the institutional account
• Ensuring access is restricted to individuals affiliated with the licensed institution only

All webinar content, including but not limited to video, audio, text, graphics, and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest remain with the content owner.
